Minister in Residence

From March 26-April 9, Angela was the Minister in Residence at First Unitarian Church, Honolulu. Her theme for preaching and worship was "Holy Women Icons: Create, Sustain, Empower." Her Holy Women Icons were on display at the Gallery on the Pali, Hawaii's oldest gallery, and she also led a Feminist Spirituality Workshop!

Book Award

Holy Women Icons Contemplative Coloring Book was awarded one of the top LGBTQ Christian books of 2016. It joins Holy Women Icons, The Gendered Pulpit, and Microaggressions in Ministry, which earned this award in their respective publication years.
